Went for lunch after my wife discovered this one star less than an hour away from Bellagio. Farm to table place to the nth degree. We were the only ones in the restaurant and had impeccable service. Started off with fresh baked rye/barley bread served with butter from their dairy. Only got better from there. Nine courses in all from rainbow trout to tripe to eggplant to two pasta dishes to roasted venison to a local cheese plate and light airy gelato. Dined for almost 2 1/2 hours. Chef came out as we were finishing. All in all an amazing experience. Be prepared to spend some $$$ as the tasting menu is €100 before wine or cocktails but definitely worth it.
