Very charming cottage. Reasonably easy to find with ample parking.
3 good sized bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single all very comfortable.
Kitchen is very spacious with a large table for family meals. Everything you could need is in the cottage and we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket full of tea, coffee, biscuits and apples! A very nice touch.
TV is huge, but we didn't actually get to turn it on!
Few minor downsides. Firstly, the ceilings are low, so anyone over 6ft is probably advised to avoid it unless you want to spend the time stooping!
The internal door handles are all lever latch which are noisy and quite tricky to use, especially for the late night toilet runs. Also, there are no locks on either of the toilet doors which could be awkward.
As mentioned in previous review, the shower curtain is clingy and uncomfortable.
It is on the Bristol airport flight path, but to be honest, that didn't really bother us too much.
Local shops and amenities just over a miles walk away.
Accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and the house well equipped. Lovely to have a welcome basket. Large open garden. Suitably fenced for children, but not for small dogs to go loose. Friendly, helpful owners. Two down points - on the flight path for Bristol airport. We got used to the noise of aircraft which is not too frequent, but might worry some. The shower was uncomfortable with clinging curtains over the bath, so we didn't use it which was not good. We had good weather and ate outside a few times.
