Our family stayed here for our Mum's 80th birthday. All adults with 2 dogs. We had a fabulous time despite rain most days - great walks to the beach, onto golf course and into Rye. There are local shops and cafes nearby and although next to the holiday park you barely noticed. Dogs allowed on beach between A anc C markers just over the road, through carpark and over to the far right, we cut up through the golf course and into beach at far left corner. Can also take them at marker K which is past pontins and ships through park on the right - this was an easier walk for Mum to enjoy the beach as the dunes are high in places. The house is beautiful all mod cons and of good quality. We would definitely recommend and hope to return.
A well equipped, tastefully decorated house. We enjoyed long walks along the spectacular beach and exploring the historical town of Rye. The house had a lovely decking area to enjoy the sun and overall we had a very pleasant weekend.
We had a great week in Marsh Mellow. The house was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. (I do love things to be really clean and this was perfect!)
We were so lucky with the weather and had a full week of sunshine. We spent most days at the beautiful beach which was minutes away. An easy walk for our three, 3 year olds!
The beach was one of the most beautiful I have been to in this country and big enough to never feel too over crowded, even in the summer holidays.
A lovely English beach holiday.
The house was wonderful with everything you need and more. The bedrooms were stunning, and well presented. House was very mod and beautifully decorated. A main asset to us as well was having a toilet downstairs for parents and children. Towels was also supplied just needing beach towels.
We had a fab holiday with parents in there 80s, 2 granddaughters 2yrs and 3yrs, me, my husband, our down syndrome son who's 28 and our boxer dog Billy.
We was situated perfectly to the beach, shops pubs and restaurants 5min walk away. Rye was 10min drive which we enjoyed a relaxing walk around, ending up at the fresh fish shop for some tasty prawns, mussels and jellied eels.
It was truly an amazing holiday and we will be returning next year for some more fun by the sea.
We was very touched by the welcoming package that was there when we arrived, it went down rather well, a big thank you for that.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children, and a dog had a very comfortable stay in this gorgeous house. We particularly enjoyed our early morning walks on beautiful Camber Sands beach, and both the children and our dog thoroughly enjoyed exploring the sand dunes. This was our second visit to this coastal gem and we will be returning as soon as we can. Richard and his wife were very helpful, supplying extra bedding promptly when it was required. We also loved exploring Rye's cobbled High Street. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
