In accessible room 3 a motor or vent kept me up all night and staff could do nothing. Drunken guests banging on the door in their underpants, broken hdmi, stained towel.
Towel and hdmi quickly resolved but poor communication between shifts made for a very stressful stay.
Nor could anytjing be sorted out on the stay. I had to email then call and request a refund.
If I'd been in a room without the noise it would have been fine. Expensive... But fine. More
