We stayed 6 nights in the hotel & found the staff & service to be excellent. Our room was very comfortable, modern & clean with a magnificent view of Lions Head.
The concierge staff were most helpful, my wife had an eye infection & required medical attention, they not only made a appointment but accompanied her to the surgery.
The shuttle bus service to the waterfront was an excellent service.
We would certainly recommend this hotel & would visit again should we be in Cape Town.

Room Tip: Choose a room with views to Table Mountain or Lions Head

Please improve room service food menu. The vallet was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff.Will defenitely be back.Please commend staff on excellence. Also please display information on dstv channels and we were not aware of what we were watching.

Room Tip: Room design and layout was nice.view was amazing.

We stayed here on a tour of SA. This was a great location for seeing the city and restaurants. The rooms were clean and modern with a GREAT shower. I would definitely have booked this myself if staying in Cape Town on my own.

Loved the way Radisson Blu is helping Cape Town to save water with all the room tips. From the indicators to stop in time before using faucets to the hour glass in the shower where you are challenged to beat the clock at 4 minutes. Awesome!
