We stayed in La Ramonette at the end of August 2014. This is a beautiful old house with stunning views. The house is very well equipped and has everything you could need. The property is about 1/3 of the way up to Le Fel but is a 45 minute very very steep climb from the local village (Le Fel) as, apart from 1 section through a vineyard, you have to follow the roads to get to Le Fel. The area is mainly for walkers, climbers and active people i.e. there are not many Chateau's open to the public. We ate in the hotel in the village (nice food with set menus). The layout of the house is 1 bedroom/ensuite and washroom on ground floor, sitting room/kitchen on 1st level and 2 bedrooms and bathroom in the eaves. The property is incredibly private and not overlooked. If you are looking for a quieter holiday - this is a good choice.
