Location - beautiful resort with sufficient house reefs for young children to snorkel off the beach. The Resort has two islands for family and adults, well planned to cater for family and adults wanting some private time. My favourite spot is the Rock Bar as it is the best spot for watching sunset and wave hitting the breakwater. Saw 2-3 sharks each time we were there. Service - top notched service. Extremely friendly staffs. And they really try their best to connect with you everyday. I must said I felt so pampered by the staffs. They sent a cake to our room on our anniversary and decorated the room. We even have a special table setting for our farewell lunch. Complimentary Activities- 2 complimentary activities - snorkelling and sunset fishing. The boys nearly caught a shark! The massages at the Spa were so good and it’s complimentary too. We were lucky to be there for their theme event Tuna & Surf. Eating fresh tuna sashimi and drinking sparkling wine in the water with party music was a fun experience. We also tried kayaking and paddle board while we were there. Paid Excursion - We tried Dolphins watching cruise but a pity that we didn’t see any due to choppy water. Turtle excursion was nice as you really get to snorkel upclose with the turtles in a nice area with beautiful reefs. We even did a family photoshoot for keepsake. There were many other paid excursions but we don’t find it necessary as we already had many complimentary activities to occupy ourselves. In fact we didn’t even use the kid club.

Food - You get to eat at the two specialty restaurants- Just Grill and Simply Veg. I must said that although Simply Veg is a vegetarian restaurant but the food was delicious. The children actually finished their meals which was a pleasant surprise . The buffet meals were good and there was always different varieties each day so you don’t get bored with it. Their Serenity plan (all inclusive) is comprehensive enough, you really don’t need to top up for any extra.

Villas - we tried both water villa and beach villa and we loved both of them. Go for the one with pool and you can’t really go wrong. The kids hanged out in the pool whole day that we have to drag them to go snorkelling with us. The villas are spacious and well equipped. I love that the toiletries are from White Company and each villa has a good hair dryer which made it easier for anyone with long hair.

Entertainment - perhaps the only lacking part was the entertainment. Basically it was just live singing by a singer most of the nights but it wasn’t an issue for us with family.
