Very thoughtful...they have thought of everything you could possibly need. From CD's, DVD's to scissors in the drawer and everything in between. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, very peaceful. The owners are friendly and helpful and we were very happy to have stayed there. I think you would have a hard time finding fault with this apartment.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, it had every facility we could possibly want. The owners were friendly and helpful, the views were great, and we could lie in bed and look at the stars. A very enjoyable stay.

The apartments are on the upper floor of the stable / garage block and have that lovely cosy attic feel with velux windows letting plenty of light in. Beautifully maintained and equipped with everything I needed. The Morgans really are the perfect hosts, generous, welcoming and always available. There really is nothing in the Fareham area quite like this gem for a couple or individual to stay when you want a bit of independence. North of the M27, so you can avoid all the turmoil of suburbia. The most noise I had was from a neighbourhood pheasant! Try lovely walks on local paths, including down across Waltham Chase to the river. Great local pubs. The grounds themselves are exceptional, with an orchard to one side and carp ponds in front. I could not fault the place and I hope to stay again!

This was a great place to stay for a few nights as a base to explore the area. Remote enough to be quiet, but close enough to Winchester and the south coast to minimise travelling. The studio was well laid out, obviously recently decorated and sparkling clean. Friendly service from Pam and family (despite being ill). No hesitation in recommending for a single traveller or a couple.
