I thought the Grotto Zinzulusa tour was fascinating. You walk about 300 feet deeper into the grotto, always watching your step or ducking your head. The payoff at the end is superb, an opening called the cathedral. BUT, if you're the least bit claustrophobic, this is not the tour for you. The air is stale and you're crowded together with other visitors and navigating very close confines. Best tip is to take the 15 minute boat ride right after the tour. It will clear your head.
