We went to visit the cave and it was quite interesting. Recommend you go on a boat to see around it. Price was 6 EURO per adult.

Amazing place.
So pure, so natural.
With the sea, the rock, just perfect for a fresh walk into the earth :)

It's a big cave that is accessible from the sea facing side via a walk way. Prices are around €5 for an adult and the tour of the cave is guided (in Italian, although our guide spoke very good English). The cave is about 100 metres deep and features plenty of stalactites and stalagmites. After the cave tour we took a short boat trip to see the neighboring grotti which are only accessible from the sea. The pilot of the boat was very expert in manoeuvring us inside in order to see the amazing deep azure blue colour of the water. The whole tour of Zinzulusa and the boat trip took around an hour or so. Parking is charged at €1/hr in the nearby car park, it may be a bit cheaper on the road leading down. There is a very clean WC as well which charges 50cents per person.

Word of warning that there are a lot of steps in the grotto and the ceiling is quite low in a few places

I actually wanted to go to Grotto Romanelli, but came across this one, which seems to be quite popular, with hotels & shops & large parking lot. Paid 5 euros per person, and a guide to tour the cave. Our guide is an archeologist and is very knowledgeable about the history of the cave, and actually history in general. There was paleolithic evidence as well as Roman era existence in the area. According to him, Grotto Romanelli is closed to visitors as there will be some excavation in that site soon. Can't wait for that to happen. A tip for the guide is appreciated. I think he did a very good job.
