This was our 3rd visit to Borgo Egnazia in 3 years and if possible, it just gets better and better. This time we stayed in a Villa Magnifica and it was beyond perfect. The accommodations, design, comfort are second to none. And then the private pool makes one speechless. To be honest, I think my family and I spent almost more time in the pool than outside of it. But there is so much more to Borgo Egnazia. Again we used the Vair spa twice and it was as wonderful as always - the treatments are superb and the staff just wonderful. The food is delightful and the new chef at Due Camini has made an incredible difference and my husband and I left the kids in the Villa for 2 evenings to enjoy the food there and we were not disappointed. All the other dining options we tried were great! But the biggest delight at Borgo Egnazia is really the staff. We had the pleasure of Pasquale and Andre looking after us and I cannot praise them highly enough, a real delight and joy! They are both a real credit to the hotel and very much made our stay as wonderful as it was. Also, Claudia was our massaie in the Villa and she was a delight - So wonderfully happy and nothing was too much trouble. Also, Mikalei in the Bar Portico was superb. We all very much look forward to returning to Borgo Egnazia and hope that this hotel continues to exceed its already outstanding qualities! I can't recommend it highly enough.

Borgo Egnazia is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. Three nights was not enough. This is the type of hotel that you stay at the during the entire trip, it is difficult to want to leave the resort to explore the nearby towns. There are so many activities for everyone. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. We stayed in a hotel room inside of the hotel for two night, but on our last night my now fiancé proposed, and we had a beautiful villa. Highly recommend the villa for groups and families, so worth it! We will definitely visit again. Gorgeous rooms and great bathrooms! Borgo far exceeded our expectations, which were already high!

You can take a look at my past reviews and you'd see I don't easily give 5 stars. But this was just perfect. Stayed in a Villa in June 2016.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Checked in directly in the villa, no waiting time in the lobby or any of that, paperwork all done in the villa.
Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was something we all looked forward to every morning. Just delicious. Food in general was good. One thing I'd recommend is to have a cook prepare a dinner at the villa, by far our best experience with our dinners.
It was a very relaxing stay, and easy to get around with the bicycles or golf carts.
Access to the beach is provided through the hotel's carts and it's quite a nice setting.
There's not much else I can say other than we were all incredibly happy with our stay and are already planning a trip for 2017. Oh and last but not least, this is a gem, best bang for your buck in any 5 star hotel you'll see in Europe.

They think about every detail and they succeed in finding the best way to answer any need one may have.
Borgo Egnezia was not our first choice but we could not find any rooms in smaller places that we were looking for. Eventually it was a very good surprise.
Although Borgo Egnezia is a big resort you won't get the feeling you are one amongst hundreds of guests. There are many guests but you do not see them that much because the place is very large and smartly organised. And there are even more staff members to take care of each guest. So you do not get disturbed by others and you get the best service.
Rooms are extremely comfortable (we had a Corte Bella room in the main building) with an amazing bathroom and a large sitting room with a fire place.
This is certainly an excellent place for a family vacation.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for the time dedicated reviewing Borgo Egnazia. We are particularly grateful for your words commenting on both the beauty of the place and the quality of the service.
Concerning the room you stayed at La Corte it might have been a Corte Magnifica as this is the only category in the main building provided with a fire place. Most probably you have booked a Corte Bella and we have been upgrading you to our Corte Magnifica.

We hope next time you make a conscious choice to come back to Borgo Egnazia.

Kind regards,

Fiorella Bada
