“Looking forward to next stay.”
Reviewed 15 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

Great midweek break in early Feb. Little Haven is a very appropriate name. Bungalow is clean, spacious, warm and homely. Location is perfect. Peaceful and quiet with all amenities within a very pleasant 10 minute walk. Comfy beds, great shower and well appointed kitchen. Living by the river is idyllic, I can see why people crave it. Made some very happy memories. Looking forward to our next visit and would wholly recommend to anybody seeking a holiday by the river. Thank you.

“lovely ,unique, extremely clean, everything you would need.”

What a lovely place to stay, right beside the river. Great accommodation and would recommend to anyone to stay there. Exceptionally clean with good décor and comfortable seating and beds.
Spent only 3 nights and wished we could have stayed much longer as there is so much to see and do. Day boat hire is a must, we hired one for 3 hours from potter heigham and managed to get to the top of hickling broad and back with plenty of time.
Visiting the alfresco tea rooms at ludham is another must, vintage tea rooms that accept dogs inside.
Watching the river at night was great with the lights of other cabins reflecting on the water.
We would definitely return to stay at Little Haven but for much longer next time.

A lovely Norfolk Broads Cottage in a excellent position with the river at the front and lovely views across the fields at the rear. A short walk into Potter Heigham a an easy drive to many beaches and river side villages. Or hire a launch and explore the broads or fish also great fishing from the garden.

Such a peaceful location for a relaxing break. Little Haven has all you need, my wife is in a wheelchair or uses a walking aid and it was very suitable, even a large walk in shower. Highly recommend it.

“Lovely little location in well equipped house on the broads”

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a lovely location next to the river with some great fishing. The house offers clean and well equipped accommodation with friendly neighbours. We would love to visit again!
