I visited Pinnaroo Point Beach today in continuing quest to visit all Perth and surrounding beaches to find the best one for me.

There’s plenty of free parking, and the beach is a very short walk through the dunes from the carpark (carpark has picnic tables too).

The beach is ample in size, fairly flat, and there was a handful of people at the beach today - surprisingly quiet. Not sure if this is due to today being Easter Saturday, although there were quite a few windsurfers in the water further up and down the beach.

The waves were a bit rough with a strong looking current, I’d say it was mainly due to the strong winds. It would be nice to come back on a calmer day and see the comparison.

It’s not the closest to Perth, although it is one of three quietest I’ve seen.

Fabulous long beach so no problem with overcrowding. Plenty of parking within easy distance of beach. Toilet and shower block adjacent to the beach. Early morning or late afternoon is best time to visit as a cooling breeze/wind blows like clockwork from around 11:00am until about 16:00hrs ( known as the Fremantle doctor) . This beach is really popular from about 17:00hrs when people come down after work for a spot of fishing AND the sunset
.......you have to see this , its amazing.

This is a kite surfing beach during the day but hood fish spot at night. It has a picnic area and playground. Great for family. Not crowded like the popular spots in perth.

The waters are divine. Popular area. Stunning location. Car parking great. Easy access. Must to take friends or relatives visiting or just a treat to enjoy the place that we are lucky to live in.

This is a favourite beach in which to set off on my kayak. There is lots of parking and a great grassed area with toilets for families.

As I usually use this point to unload my yak and ready my fishing gear it is very handy.

The beach is always clean and usually weed free. There are a lot of fishing options a short distance from the beach. Squid, herring, skippy and a multitude of other species are an option.

This beach is used by kite surfers, swimmers, fishermen and other beachgoers.
