Overall my experience as 2.5/5 but below are my feedbacks:-
- Even after having a online ticket, customers need to present it at entrance to get new ticket slips and stand in long queues in hot sun for 45 mins?
- Customers having online meal pack, still were asked to get another coupon against these tickets to enter aqua lunch buffet area, what the heck!
- On public holidays there was too much crowd, which led myself standing at least 45 min for all the rides. Imagica can limit the number of people entering on holidays, so everyone can enjoy all the rides and not stand in queue and pass time.
Please ponder on these points, which would improve revisit chances for most of the guests as people want to enjoy the rides and not see mockery for their money spent on costly individual tickets.
Are you promoting express tickets for all the helpless people!!!
