I have eaten at many restaurants in different countries and this one is a stand out. We had the 6 course tasting menu which we could not fault, absolutely superb as all produce is grown in the grounds. Highly skilled chefs who know how to treat produce and balance flavour. Above all what we thought was the value for money and size of portions are generous. We left feeling full and very happy. A great experience I highly recommend. Best in the Bay. We will be back soon. Had an exceptional dining experience eating outside on the covered patio. The service was outstanding and the staff vas absolutely lovely, they walked us through the menu with thoughtful commentary and recommendations. We ended up sharing the clams, the lamb, and a mix of various vegetables from the restaurant's own garden, accompanied by very good local wines. The chef's dessert was also delicious. Overall our best dining experience in the area!

We went for lunch and I am not sure if they had come off a big event but the staff were very lacklustre, items we ordered didn't materialise. I had courgette flowers and was disappointed to only find one courgette flower on my plate, the rest of the dish consisting of a courgette with ratatouille topping. My husbands prawn dish was more 'industrial' than fine dining. On a more positive note the coffee was excellent and the setting is lovely. Possibly we were unlucky.

Beautiful scenery, nice to sit outside under the vines. Really friendly helpful staff - customer service was fabulous. The food was really great . Absolutely couldn’t fault it. Gluten free was also available on request and staff were super accommodating about this.
