Used to be a great restaurant. Serving well cooked ,pub food . This time I went for Sunday lunch and had roast pork . A very disappointing meal , quite cold , piled up on plate so no idea what was there , and almost completely tasteless . Other meals may be ok but Sunday lunch is a horror !

Met family here for a meal and drink. The Neal was quite nice and good value. A nice busy bar with efficient and friendly staff.

Always awesome food and a great selection of beer, great wide range menu to cater for anyone and .always have specials. Never fails for us.👍

Went on a Sat night, every table seemed to have three generations of family on it. Bar was fast and friendly, kitchen managed soo well to cope with the demand and food was faster than expected. Unfortunately quality wasn’t the best. Some was cold and others mushy. Probably just the pace of work needed to meet the demand. Not unhappy, just a little unsatisfied afterwards.

We arrived at 5.30pm as we thought we would beat the dinner rush but it wasn't to be. The bar service was average but the food service was just way too slow. While we were there numerous people complained that their food hadn't arrived. The kitchen was obviously understaffed and stressed. Such a shame because when the food finally arrived it was good. We won't return for that reason.
