We went as a group hosting a group of Australians. We were lucky to have the "balcony" area so that we could have an area to ourselves. We had the set menu, and the food options were great. The food was amazing and everyone really enjoyed it. They accommodated our dietary requirements well and the service was great. Very attentive. Thank you for a great evening - could not fault it.

We just had a fabulous meal at Mary’s. We chose the shared Banquet Menu. It was amazing! Great tastes and flavours and excellent portions. All courses were fantastic. The staff are very attentive and are very capable at multi tasking. We will definitely be back here on our next visit to Havelock North. Thank you all for a great evening. We wish we had visited on our last few visits to Havelock North!

Such delicious food, the most tender octopus ever! Great atmosphere, good drinks, attentive service. Good time had by all.

It promised well with friendly staff, but they were busy and couldn’t cope. Our drinks came after we had finished our starter and my fish managed to be both overcooked and greasy. The wine list is pretty much limited to the Craggy Range offering. We went elsewhere for dessert and drinks.

Great cheeseburgers. Served with onion rings French fries and a lettuce salad. Good service. Very small so reservations are advised.
