Beautiful little restaurant, exciting and unique menu, something for everyone, AMAZING food, lovely kind service. Highly recommend the Lemonata with vodka to go with your meal.

I had a takeaway the first night (halumi pizza bread is to die for) and the spicy lamb and hummus. It was so good I booked to go back the next night to try the moussaka baked in a clay pot. I loved it.

Absolutely delicious food. I ordered 6 different dishes (take out) for a family meal and ALL were supburb. Lovely staff, decent portions and so awesome to experience real mediterranean food here in Hawkes Bay. Fiko will definitely be my new go-to. I highly recommend the Antioch Hummus with Courgette Feta Fritters & Cappadocian Meatballs!

Didn't get to eat anything as the waitress was oblivious to us even being there and the lady owner was too busy nattering to the table of 4 people sitting next to us and no one else. Four times I tried to get her attention and was totally ignored
People who were obviously regulars and arrived ten minutes after us were served drinks and food orders taken while we were still waiting to even order a drink so we stood up and left after 15.minutes of this behaviour!
I have lived in Havelock for a number of years and have visited this restaurant twice in the past three years and now I remember why we stopped going there. Although we didn't get to eat on this occasion I am kind of glad we didn't and won't be back. The elderly lady should either learn how to look after ALL the customers or employ someone capable of doing so.... Oh yes, and try smiling rather than scowling once in a while!!
