This loft apartment is located on the fifth floor of an older, stately complex (only 6 floors, total). The building and neighborhood were very quiet. The apartment was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen is well-equipped, right down to any excellent espresso machine. The carpark is very convenient. It is any easy walk across the St. Charles River bridge to the boat basin, waterfront park, and the vieux ville. A cab ride down town was only about CN$10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the loft in Quebec City. It was very clean, had great amenities including Apple TV, a blu-ray player, lovely fully equipped kitchen, and a great washer and dryer. The large bath was a bonus. We fixed several meals there and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Bus 800 stops just a block away, which made traveling to Vieux Quebec very easy - we didn't have to take our car and worry about parking. The elevator was a nice plus!

Stayed 4 nights Starting July 31th. Everyone you need is in loft. Spotless clean. Air conditioning is loud but needed it due to the heat. Restaurants close by. Far from old Quebec but glad we walks back you day, as we got to experience more of city. Easy checkin with instructions. Thanks for the great stay. Would recommend. Easy to get hold of owner if needed.

Everything you could want in this stylish apartment. A little way from Old Quebec but perfectly walkable and restaurants nearby if needed.

Excellent stay for me and my wife.
We had the opportunity to meet the owner and he helped us settle in and helped us map out our 2 day visits in Quebec.
The place was exactly as illustrated and described.
The ease of access was well explained, as the house rules.
