The motel is a little dated. That said – the price is great. The location is good and surrounded by power centres and amenities within a 10-minute drive to the waterfront. The in-house restaurant/pub provides a decent breakfast and good meals. We will stay there again
Stayed with our furry friend on visit to Charlottetown, PEI. Room was OK but on the small side and was a bit dated but had a fridge and microwave. Bed was OK. Nice outdoor pool and Inn is in a good location. Included breakfast was OK. Lots of just OKs for the stay!
Outdated room ok. Had to walk around back in a secluded area. Front desk staff person over worked & impatient. Gave me very poor instructions for how to get there.
The room was hidden in the back of a building. Not the best option for a woman in the early evening.
They will NOT hold luggage for a few hours on check out. So be warned.
Staff new & inexperienced.
Having said that the breakfast ( included in the rate) was really good. Far better than most continental style. Eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, bagels.
Shout out to the guy working in the kitchen who was able to accommodate my request not to sit so close to others who weren't masked.
I decided to stay another few nights in Charlottetown but not to book another night here because they wouldn't hold my luggage and changed their mind about giving me a later check out time & a multitude of other small things that just left me feeling meh about the place.
Because of the breakfast though i would give the stay a 3 out 5.
During our trip to Charlottetown to cheer on the football team, we stayed at Canada’s Best Value Inn & Suites. This motel was not only reasonably priced but also conveniently located just a short drive from the university.
Our room was clean and equipped with all the basic necessities. While there wasn't much counter space in the bathroom, we found a creative solution by using the ironing board on top of the toilet, which worked surprisingly well.
The motel also features a swimming pool, and although the breakfast was nothing fancy, it did the job and filled the void. But what truly made our stay memorable was spending the nights outside on the benches/deck with our friends, sharing stories and laughter.
Overall, Canada’s Best Value Inn & Suites provided us with a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely consider returning again in the future!
Basic room with a strange set up! Bathroom and night table were very dusty, we also found a few spiders and ants in our bathroom. Breakfast room was very dark and the included breakfast was unappealing with no plant base option for milk. Very upset that hotel staff decide to KILL the BEE HIVE at the back door rather than have them removed by a bee keeper! Seeing 100's of dead bees on the ground was extremely sad. IN BC WE DONT KILL THE BEES!!
