Wonderful classic Church. Huge nave, intricate wood work, large organ loft, immaculate grounds and interesting history (4 churches on the same ground and even the last was once damaged by a major fire).
Open to the public most days
But the bells were only recently put back into the tower. Well worthwhile the wait There is something special about the ringing of them.

Beautiful church. There is no cost to visit, but definitely leave a little something in their donation box.

A must see if you value historical churches. The architecture is beautiful & the artifacts, paintings exquisite. We enjoyed our visit.

When we visit Charlottetown, we always stop in at St. Dunstan's Basilica. It's a BEAUTIFUL church and a peaceful place to sit for awhile. It's been open each time we have been to Charlottetown and is free, of course. By the way, Charlottetown is a lovely place to walk around and enjoy. There are some great little coffee shops and also the Confederation Public Library to check out.
