Top notch service with a lovely team

This is the best hotel in Toronto. Great rooms that are large / quiet / cozy / luxe finishes (ex. Walk in closet and a fabulous bath tub), spa is the absolute best (especially for facials) and food in my opinion is one of the best in the city (ONE restaurant - best truffle fries).

I always have an incredible stay but my last stay I was blown away with the service I received. I got really sick on my last morning and the hotel staff took amazing care of me. In particular, the gentleman that does the room service - he was so kind to keep checking in and brought club soda to try to help. Also, to the front desk staff who let us check out much later than check out time - this literally saved me! I felt so comfortable and will always recommend this boutique hotel to everyone. The staff is a very caring & kind team that treats their guests like family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Excellent hotel in a great location

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the HAZELTON over Labor Day weekend. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a great, walkable location close to shops and restaurants.

The service at the hotel was excellent. Everyone was warm and friendly. Taylor at the front desk was AMAZING! He gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations and was so kind and helpful.

Kayla at the One Restaurant was excellent, as well, when we enjoyed breakfast on the patio.

Overall, highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Good service at overinflated price

Hazelton is a well situated Business Hotel. It allows easy access to high-end shopping in the centre of Toronto . The rooms are large and well appointed. Staff is friendly, welcoming and attentive. Based on our experience in the restaurant, we cannot confirm that this was an extraordinary culinary experience. Whilst the service is attentive, the meals are overpriced and the quality of food is average. We has to wait for 45 minutes until the food arrived and the food was cold. Had it been waiting too long for delivery? We only went there one single time during our 6-day stay valet services are great in this busy area but we paid 400 dollars for keeping our car there for 3 nights. Better option is to use the parking opposite the hotel.

Incredible stay at the Hazelton!

We had incredible five days at the Hazelton! The staff was very helpful and accomodating from the very beginning, service was efficient and very very fast! For instance, we asked for an electric kettle on the tablet, and it was delivered in less than three minutes! And they added two extra water bottles just in case!

They also helped with restaurant and Niagara falls tour reservations, and gave us all confirmations at check-in and on the day before the event!

Bed and pillows were really great, we slept wonderfully there. The room also had reading lights by the bed (very helpful), a great thermostat and integrated controls for all lights and even for opening/closing the drapes!

One little point that didn't work too well was the Chromecast - it worked most of the time but it went offline twice during our stay and we had to call maintenance (who were always very fast to come and very friendly). This is a very small point that doesn't take away anything from the fantastic experience provided by the Hazelton, just wanted to point out that I've seen solutions that worked better in other Hotels (e.g. a TV where you have a "guest account" and you can login to your own apps, like Netflix, Disney, Prime Video etc).

Of course, this Hotel is quite expensive, but they deliver on the experience! They make you feel very welcome and that you can focus on enjoying your trip while they take care of the details! Highly recommended.

Unique

We had a wonderful stay at The Hazelton. This hotel is truly a palace and deserves all the stars it has and more. The management of this hotel is among the best I have seen, and I only stay at 5-star hotels. Everything is so well-organized, the hotel is impeccably clean, as are the rooms. The restaurant is excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel is kind, welcoming, and extremely professional. I would like to give a special note to the concierge team who made our experience unique with their kindness and exceptional hospitality. They arranged a memorable trip for us to the vineyards, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the falls. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had at your hotel.
