We had a wonderful stay at The Hazelton. This hotel is truly a palace and deserves all the stars it has and more. The management of this hotel is among the best I have seen, and I only stay at 5-star hotels. Everything is so well-organized, the hotel is impeccably clean, as are the rooms. The restaurant is excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel is kind, welcoming, and extremely professional. I would like to give a special note to the concierge team who made our experience unique with their kindness and exceptional hospitality. They arranged a memorable trip for us to the vineyards, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the falls. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had at your hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hazelton, it was even better than we remembered from our previous visit. We felt so well cared for from the moment we arrived and were greeted with "welcome home." It's a top-notch luxury hotel, located in the heart of the charming upscale Yorkville area, which feels like an oasis in the middle of a big city. The room was huge, gorgeous, and very comfortable, with lots of space for our clothes, counter space in the bathroom, and a lovely outdoor patio. Extra hangers and selections from their pillow menu were promptly delivered on request. Service was flawless. Breakfast outside on the covered patio is delightful. It is posted til 11:30am, but they never made us feel rushed and the kitchen accepts orders til noon.

If you're looking for a luxe stay in the heart of the city, look no further than the Hazelton! An icon and prime location in Yorkville with amazing shops and restaurants at your doorstep, but you'll never want to leave the property. Instantly upon entering you are treated like royalty and the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, while still making you feel right at home. The hotel bar and terrace are a serious vibe - a place to see and be seen with delicious cocktails and fantastic service. I didn't have a chance to visit the spa but hear it is world class, all the more reason to return again soon! Thank you to the team at the Hazelton for a wonderful stay.
