The service, the amenities, accommodations and people were all 10+. It made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable weekend. The room was equipped with everything you could need. Option for alternate pillows was a nice feature. Best part was how pleasant and helpful the staff was. Turndown service and housekeeping was just what you would hope for.

Olga and the reservations team were very professional and helpful through our 14 people group booking.
Staff at the hotel is very welcoming and nice !
The difference comparing to other hotels is in the little details, the rooms were clean, they prepare your bed for the night, Occitane products wow !

My recent experience at the Hazelton Hotel has been extremely disappointing due to a significant decline in standards and concerning discriminatory practices.
The new management team is entirely no Canadian with experience or north American This has negatively impacted the training of the staff and the overall standards of the hotel.
During my stay, I observed the concierge and reception treating staff poorly, displaying an attitude of superiority towards patrons, which was frankly comical.
As a longtime patron of the hotel, I used to stay here frequently with my family and friends. However, we have all stopped visiting since the change in management.
The standards of the hotel have plummeted, and I strongly advise others to protect their self-respect and avoid this hotel and its facilities.
