The entire team at Hazelton were very very welcoming and made us feel like we were the only guests at the hotel. As soon as we pulled in the first class service began. As we were leaving our room and waiting at the elevator the room cleaning lady was so thankful for our stay.
It was a great experience and that's why we continue to return.

My wife and I came here for a few nights after our wedding and the only word I can use to describe the Hazelton is perfect. The property itself is very beautiful and romantic. The service was exemplary and the staff were all consistently excellent, special mention to Michael and Al for all their help. A very special shout out to Ronaldo who helped us arrange a very last minute photoshoot (and he even stuck around to help our photographer). We will definitely be back

My friend and I stayed at the Hazelton to celebrate his birthday. Customer service is top notch. Upon arrival we felt like celebrities ( Special mention Al and Brendan from Valet) and Vivian from front desk The room was gorgeous with a nice view overlooking Yorkville Ave. The bathroom was beautiful with dark marble flooring, a massive bathtub & shower. The entire hotel is comfortable with only 4 floors . We had dinner at One restaurant (located on the main floor). We will definitely return to the Hazelton!

Stayed overnight for a mini staycation with my sisters. The experience we had was impeccable!! We were greeted by incredibly friendly and attentive staff ( Elaine from the restaurant, Robb and Michael at the front door). Everyone was super friendly!

We took our pup for a staycation in the city and they took such good care of us. The staff are some attentive, the rooms are spotless and the large balcony was nice talking relax on. The pillow menu and services offered were top notch.The food was delicious from room service and overall was a great overnight stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel that really takes care of its guests.
