This is one of the best and the cleanest hotels that I have stayed in and the service is wonderful. This is our second time with the shangrila chain and they do not disappoint.
The location is wonderful and central . The rooms and the bathrooms are huge and clean. Would love to go back!

Great place to stay if you want to splurge. The rooms were very clean and staff was so helpful. The room itself was great, nice bathroom and decent view. They have all amenities you need. The pool area was nice and the gym was really clean. Overall a good experience.

My stay with the Shangri-La Toronto was one of the best hotel visits I've ever had. We held a press event in their event space and I stayed for two nights. From the friendly people at check-in to the great events team to the attentive housekeepers with turn-down service to the automatic drapes, I was really impressed with this hotel. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud and I overall felt incredibly pampered, which made the work part of my trip that much easier. Thank you Team Shangri-La!

My family and I absolutely love the Shangri-La Toronto! We have stayed at many Toronto hotels and it is by far the best hotel in the city. From the moment we pull into the parking lot, we know that every detail of our stay is taken care of. We have four children, under the age of 6, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure that their stay is memorable. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and the beds are quite comfortable. We usually order breakfast in our room and it's absolutely delicious. Requests for room service, valet, and a bell man are prompt and handled with care. The pool is one of our favorite hotel amenities. It is always clean and well taken care of.
I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the hotel staff. The service is five star and truly sets the standard of what service should be! We have already had such special stays with our children and will continue to stay at the Shangri-La Toronto whenever we are in the city.
