We stayed there 7-10 June 2018 to attend a conference. Our 3rd floor corner room was spacious, spotless, quiet, very well laid out with a nice view of the Toronto cityscape. Immaculate sheets and bathroom, plenty of pillows, lots of coffee and sugar were provided. The room had a lounge chair and an adequately sized glass table in addition to the standard desk space. All plugs by the headboard had USB outlets. The beds are medium-firm but very comfortable. There is a mall nearby and an absolutely outstanding restaurant in the Sheraton, just a 1/2 away ( at 801 Dixon Rd), named "Olio" (I'll be writing a review about that too). A Starbucks is located within the lobby, as well as a restaurant, Turtle Jack's which is rather overpriced (CAD 17 for breakfast). Front desk staff and cleaning staff went far beyond their duty to help. Check out was at 11, but they allowed me to stay in the room till 1:30 PM and thereafter stay in the lobby till 6 PM, when the conference ended. The location is very close to the expressway and downtown Toronto, which is another big plus. Although close to the airport, it's out of the flight path so no planes rumbled overhead. I would certainly stay there again, and bring my dogs. It's pet friendly!More
