We stayed in the bi-level suite and everything was amazing!! Room was beautiful, complimentary amenities were a nice touch, and service was outstanding! Staff are so kind and helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

If you want to stay at a top rated hotel in Toronto with tremendous customer service do not stay at The Park Hyatt. There is no appreciation for their hotel guests.
As a mater of fact we had reservation for five nights and after one night they insisted we move to a different lower floor room. They offered no assistance or help , just demanded we move. We complained to the manager at this Park Hyatt , and she was totally useless.
