If you want to stay at a top rated hotel in Toronto with tremendous customer service do not stay at The Park Hyatt. There is no appreciation for their hotel guests.
As a mater of fact we had reservation for five nights and after one night they insisted we move to a different lower floor room. They offered no assistance or help , just demanded we move. We complained to the manager at this Park Hyatt , and she was totally useless.

A terrific hotel in a great location. Surrounded by some really good retail and restaurants. Very attentive and professional staff. Recommend highly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very comfortable, the catering wonderful, and the facilities for our business meeting fabulous. Also, the bar on the 17th floor has a lovely view of the Toronto skyline. Will stay here again!
