Had a very good stay. I'm not a frequent Four Seasons guest, but they treated me like I am. Very cordial and relevant interactions through the app, helping with arrival logistics and also managing receipt of a delivery from an outside company.
The attention started with my early arrival at the hotel, several hours before the usual check-in time. Due to high occupancy, they couldn't guarantee an early check-in. However, while I was having breakfast, they were able to find a room--with an upgrade to one of the newly-renovated suites, no less.
My luggage was already in the room by that time. The room itself was lovely--spacious, tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom, great amenities. Just a very comfortable place to unwind in.
I didn't spend much time in the restaurants except at breakfast. The options were fairly standard, but everything was very well prepared. I was able to fuel up nicely for the day. The restaurant staff were attentive without being intrusive.
I think the staff are one of the best features of the hotel, which arguably has a lot of other things going for it (location, design, comfort, etc etc). Many of them were calling me by name at the end of my short stay. They were always eager to help, and even anticipated things I would need before I asked.
I might only stay in a hotel in Toronto once or twice a year, but my friends and I will always want to stay the FS.
