Our room was fine, but there were many things about our stay that were disappointing for a hotel that cost over a grand per night. The TVs are not smart so no streaming allowed. Instead the options were watching basic channels or paying $20 for films such as Wizard of Oz. C’mon, this is not how we do things in 2024. The zen feeling of our spa day was interrupted as children and families share the pool with the spa. Not the best combo! Our server in the restaurant told us the wrong special (even though there was only one!) and forgot what drinks we ordered. She did not seem trained adequately or confident in her role. The DBar was half full but it took 10 min to sort out whether there was a table available and only after we explained we were guests of the hotel did they seat us (and we are attractive, well-dressed and courteous ladies). There were no hand towels or shower caps in our room the first night. The experience was fine but Four Seasons in Toronto should be memorable and special. Sadly, it disappointed. I will not return.
