Excellent hotel

Our stay at the Four Seasons in Toronto was, once again, an absolute pleasure. The beauty of the hotel and accommodations, as well as the service, amenities such as the fitness center, not to mention the cuisine/ambiance of restaurants, etc made for a perfect getaway. We highly recommend a stay at the hotel- simply the best!,,,,

Our room was fine, but there were many things about our stay that were disappointing for a hotel that cost over a grand per night. The TVs are not smart so no streaming allowed. Instead the options were watching basic channels or paying $20 for films such as Wizard of Oz. C’mon, this is not how we do things in 2024. The zen feeling of our spa day was interrupted as children and families share the pool with the spa. Not the best combo! Our server in the restaurant told us the wrong special (even though there was only one!) and forgot what drinks we ordered. She did not seem trained adequately or confident in her role. The DBar was half full but it took 10 min to sort out whether there was a table available and only after we explained we were guests of the hotel did they seat us (and we are attractive, well-dressed and courteous ladies). There were no hand towels or shower caps in our room the first night. The experience was fine but Four Seasons in Toronto should be memorable and special. Sadly, it disappointed. I will not return.

We had a lovely weekend at the Four Seasons. My husband and I took the trip to get away from real life for a few days, and we were able to do so.

The hotel thought of every detail to make our stay special.

Location is fantastic - close to great shopping, food, and events.

Extra call out to the concierge and valets. From providing a list of things going on in the city before we even arrived, to the hands-on care and attention given to us when we arrived, we felt special and cared for before our trip even began.

Had a very good stay. I'm not a frequent Four Seasons guest, but they treated me like I am. Very cordial and relevant interactions through the app, helping with arrival logistics and also managing receipt of a delivery from an outside company.

The attention started with my early arrival at the hotel, several hours before the usual check-in time. Due to high occupancy, they couldn't guarantee an early check-in. However, while I was having breakfast, they were able to find a room--with an upgrade to one of the newly-renovated suites, no less.

My luggage was already in the room by that time. The room itself was lovely--spacious, tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom, great amenities. Just a very comfortable place to unwind in.

I didn't spend much time in the restaurants except at breakfast. The options were fairly standard, but everything was very well prepared. I was able to fuel up nicely for the day. The restaurant staff were attentive without being intrusive.

I think the staff are one of the best features of the hotel, which arguably has a lot of other things going for it (location, design, comfort, etc etc). Many of them were calling me by name at the end of my short stay. They were always eager to help, and even anticipated things I would need before I asked.

I might only stay in a hotel in Toronto once or twice a year, but my friends and I will always want to stay the FS.

I stayed here for a weekend, and I dunno, maybe I made the mistake of staying at a Japanese four seasons first, but this place was not 5 star. The service was no where near as nice, and the bathroom? They had this horrible round tub that was obviously installed for looks and not use. You have to bend yourself in odd ways to try and soak in it, and it constantly drained even when you had the plug in. I don't see how a apparent luxury hotel can go so wrong with a tub. Don't install a birdbath, get a real soaker tub.

Room tip: don't book while the construction is going on right next door.
