We got the corner suite with a beautiful view. The staff were very warm and welcoming and the hotel provided us special treats and services all because of a note I left before booking the room. The restaurant on the top floor was wonderful and every item we had was delicious. Everything is a bit on the pricey side but it was definitely worth it. 10/10 for the service we received.

The hotel is certainly first class. Nicely appointed rooms, the view was spectacular, bedding comfortable, shower was marvelous, loved the terry robes and everything worked. What a delightful experience. Location is great and staff go out of their way to ensure you are well served
Great hotel! Amazing service, that's what a great hotel is all about! We used the plentiful amenities including car service, free strollers and cribs for small children.Daniel was an excellent concierge so many lovely recommendations for our family visiting Toronto during Caribana. Ask for Daniel and book Hotel X.

Everything was excellent...the service....the room....the location.. I couldn't be happier with everything...just an absolute relaxing stay....check in and check out was quick and so polite....the porters were very warm and so very helpful....especially the young man Sam....he was by far beyond helpful and welcoming and just excellent with customer service...can't say enough good things about Sam!

Hotel is pretty nice, location is great but it's really expensive for what you are getting. Rooms are decent but again, not really worth the money, you are paying for location. Service was great, except I had an issue with my shower that I reported on the first day of my five day trip and while they did acknowledge it, they never fixed it or offered any compensation as a make good. All in all, it's ok but only stay if you need to be in the area.
