Words cannot describe my stay at this downtown luxury. Me and my wife stayed overnight to give us a retreat from the city while we are currently under the "grey" zone
The view was spectacular and the breakfast was the best I ever had from any Hotels I have visited.
The Guerlain Spa was def worth the price, shouts out to Julie!

Had high expectations, but wasn't worth the high prices you are going to have to spend! Lacked customer service, rooms could have been cleaner, elevators could have been cleaner. Not a place I would stay again for a nice weekend in Toronto, avoid unless you want disappointment

Hotel X is amazing. I had a wonderful experience in the corner suite. Stunning relaxing view. Alberto at the front desk was amazing and on point from check in to check out. In fact everyone at the front desk made me feel welcomed and Lindsay at the Prime Grill Restaurant went out of her way to make sure our in room dining experience was flawless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is considering booking. Luxury at its finest coupled with impeccable customer service on all fronts. Thanks for making my Christmas holidays perfect!

Very welcoming reception staff. We have chosen this hotel fresh new look surrounded by water and very close to the Harbour of Toronto downtown.
The comfort, the cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive. Our room was exquisite with a corner window on the 26 floors we really enjoyed our comfort.
We would definitively go back for a nice staycation.
