No Issues stay in St Catherines BW

Older strucure of a hotel but it is kept clean and updated. Was surprised that the room washroom was small but that is a result of the original design. Staff were nice and courteous upon arrival and departure. Breakfast was included and food was typical for a hot breakfast buffet.
All in All a good stay at the St. Catherine's Best Western Plus.

My husband and I were in town for a concert and the location of this hotel was ideal. Good hotel at a good price. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Our whole stay was terrible. Our room smelled and it was dirty. The floors in the lobby and restaurant were sticky. The hot tub was so gross, you couldn't see the bottom. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

This BW is always under Renos but you would hardly know it. Staff is friendly and very helpful The pool area is handy as there is an indoor pool and an out door pool (in season) Located in a perfect spot just off the QEW and close to many amenities. As noted we will stay here again.
