Reasonable stay - some highlights and lowlights: Lowlights: Room cleanliness came into question after finding an attachment for a personal pleasure device on the floor just slightly under the bedside table. Since generally the room seemed ok, and we had already unpacked with two kids under 3, we just let it go as Elsa would say. The hotel is aging, and at times you can find an aging hotel that you can see the efforts to hold it together... this is not that time... this one needs a reno for the price they're fetching. The pool is clearly not cleaned nightly. We were the first to use it just after the 9:00am opening, and it was full of dead flies and a noticeable amount of debris in the bottom. For families... be warned, the water is cold. I'm guessing since it's in the lobby, in the summer it can't be heated. My daughter was shivering after 15 mins. The Highlights: The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Fresh food and lots of selection. The staff were friendly enough for the little we dealt with them. No complaints there at all. Great location if you need the go train for getting around. TV channels are good for adults - lots of movies, HBO and sports... but only two channels for children (families...bring another distraction).
