When we pay over $500/night, we expect a five star room. This, at best, was a 3.5. Yes, it’s an old inn, the rooms are small, but modern conveniences like phone plug-ins, a television large enough to see, and a balcony you can actually use and not just look at? We went to the patio for an evening drink and after 25 minutes someone actually came and asked in a shocked manner did we want to order🤷♀️. Really? We stayed in the Merlot Room and I even spoke to the manager as we left (which was the best part of the experience - leaving).
