This was the second time I stayed at the hotel and the service and cleanliness was consistent for both stays. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The staff and hotel follow the Covid protocols. You will not be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay to NOTL at this hotel. Close enough to town without paying the high prices of other hotels in the area. Come to the outlet mall and a close drive to wineries and restaurants. Had a great breakfast at this hotel for a very reasonable price and the rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. We had a king room which overlooked the back of the hotel which was nice and they had a nice garden area with gazebo which we used while there...very peaceful and lovely.

I stayed at this hotel last night and the staff was amazing! So welcoming and friendly as soon as we got there. Kristin went out of her way and was so nice!! The protocols for safety and cleanliness made me feel so comfortable with my stay. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Very cosy stay to celebrate my anniversary. Staff was friendly and hotel was exceptionally clean. Covid procedures were followed if you are worried about that! Convenient access to the highway and not far from anything
