Very cosy stay to celebrate my anniversary. Staff was friendly and hotel was exceptionally clean. Covid procedures were followed if you are worried about that! Convenient access to the highway and not far from anything

For my wife’s birthday and our mental well being we decided to go for a 3 day getaway and Hilton and it’s staff made it very special. We were greeted warmly and had texts to see how we are doing once we settled in. When we decided to order room service dinner from the restaurant the food was excellent and we were grateful for a bottle of red wine on the house. The room is spacious and everything was clean. All COVID reminders were clearly instructed. It was a great place of refuge from the unexpected humidity to rest and enjoy ourselves.

This hotel took pandemic cleanliness extremely serious. Hand sanitizer stations readily available...they even had Lysol wipes stations. All the staff wore masks and made me feel very safe. They were so polite, cheery and accommodating. Hotel room was spotless....overall I’d highly recommend!

Staff was very polite and efficient. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the forest from the fifth floor. Quite nice. The food at the in hotel restaurant was pretty good, and reasonably priced.

This is a clean, family friendly hotel in the Niagara area, close to everything, without the Niagara “shock & awe” pricing; resort fees, parking fees, room view extra fees...etc. Need the hustle and bustle? Its only a short drive away. Park your own car securely and keep your keys instead of handing them over to a valet every time you go out and return and pay him an extra $55 plus tax a day!

This hotel is in a good location. It’s close to the highway, mall and wineries. With Covid restrictions the pool and restaurant were closed, that didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable. The staff were friendly and check in went smoothly. We stayed in a king bed jacuzzi room. The room was very clean and well equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a shower and jacuzzi tub for two is in an alcove off the bed area. There’s a table that is large enough for two to dine at and two chairs in the room. This is a great place to stay.
