Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and Modern. Easy walk to old town from the hotel, just a few blocks to the lake. Lovely patio / porch. Hotel has been renovated and is clean and modern with a nod to the history of NOL. Bar and grill on premises.

Our room was clean and complete with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was included and the room was bright and clean. Food selection was excellent for various tastes and preferences.

The small hotel was awesome. The breakfast had lots of options. The room was large and well appointed. The desk staff was very good, he even brought us up a bottle a wine our friends sent to us. Not only that he got us wine glasses as well. The volume on one of the two TVs wasn't working and he came right up and fixed it. The hotel is only 1.2kms (15 minute walk) from the main street so saved on paying for parking. There are also two bike rental places within a block. There are a couple of great restaurants within a block and a Tims across the street. It is located within a beautiful neighborhood that was nice to walk around. It also right at the cross road for the main vineyards. The bed was very comfy and pillows perfect. The little sitting area had a couch, chair, tv and fireplace. There was also a TV you could watch from bed. The bathroom was updated and just lovely and the day we were leaving they were installing grab rails in all the bathrooms. All and all we loved our stay here and will visit again.
