This is a very nice hotel with exceptional staff working the front desk. We stayed in room 116 on the first floor with a patio. The staff at reception were amazing as we required extra outside patio chairs for our friends and they didn’t hesitate to find some. The beds were comfortable and the rain shower in the bathroom was great. We sat on our patio both evenings to enjoy the lovely weather. I think when we return we will try the 2nd floor simply because we found the ground floor damp. This could possibly be because of the amount of rain we have had. We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant closed at 10:30am on a Saturday but we were given suggestions as to where to go for brunch.

The hotel is in a very convenient location close to shops/cafes/restaurants, staff are friendly and Zee’s restaurant was good. I feel the rooms need updating. I was underwhelmed as it was dark/dated and smaller than I was expecting. Our bedsheet had stains on arrival so that needed changing and was rectified. The window A/C was a bit loud also. We booked the wine trolley which was great for touring the wineries. Loved Bella Terrace and Chateau Des Charmes. I would not recommend the Hare co. They were skimpy on the tasting pours and not overly personable. People only bought cheese not wine. The wine/chocolate pairing at Chateau was delicious! Also Bella Terra’s “jarcuterie” was good and they offered tasting of other wines guests were interested in. Bella had great tasting wines!Queenston Mile is a newer winery. Nice atmosphere but I found the wines just okay. Their tasting plate was yummy! Our driver Candace (I believe) was fabulous knowledgeable personable and made our tour a lot of fun!

First class hotel great service really good food only down side is the seating in the restaurant they we most uncomfortable and very difficult to move so as to get close to the table the room we had was excellent I would highly recommend it the staff were helpful and accommodating and a few went the extra mile. Parking was a little tight but ok
