Amazing service and experience as always, it cannot be beat. From check-in to the restaurants to room service, it is such a pleasure to stay at White Oaks everytime! Very consistent, the beds are very comfortable and we love celebrating birthdays and anniversaries at this hotel. Great food and coffee.

The staff at the White Oaks is outstanding. EVERY single staff member was pleasant and very helpful. Would be hard pressed to name just one. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing. There was always some staff person around to answer any questions or assist with anything. We have stayed there before and plan to visit again. The only thing that was a bit challenging was parking. We need a handicap spot and there are very few of them. The morning we left, we were the ONLY car utilizing one of the handicap spots who had a handicap hang tag. The other cars, all from Ontario, had no handicap plates or tags. We mentioned to the Bellman who was going to check it out.

Although WO adheres to all accessibility parking law and regulations, it is disappointing and very surprisingly to read that spots were taken up unlawfully...I am hoping that they were using the less obvious visor type permit rather than being disrespectful and breaking police enforced laws.

I have absolutely never been disappointed with the check-in process or the front desk, people, namingly , Surav , on this particular check-in, but usually Leo, Thu, sheri, and there’s another girl I can’t remember her name, are all absolutely fabulous and have made every night amazing especially this current one. The Spa is ever so accommodating, Evelyn has been amazing and instrumental and making my appointments happen and Penny, who does my pedicure is fantastic. There is a woman who is at the bar and makes the drinks. I don’t know her name, but she is also fantastic and very friendly and very accommodating, big shout out to everybody.

This was my first time staying at White Oaks resort and I will definitely be back! The service was above and beyond anything I was expecting. unfortunately, you just don’t see good service anymore. This is not the case at White Oaks! From the concierge service to the valet, the drivers the spa and the restaurants, everything was top-notch. We booked a wine tour Directly with White Oaks. I highly recommend doing that as we visited some unique spots that I would’ve never known about. We will definitely be back!

I ate at Liv restaurant Saturday morning (yesterday) and was so pleased with the service (and food). My server Julia went above and beyond with my dietary questions, concerns and requests. She was so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable and I appreciate feeling so welcome and cared for, even though I could see it was a busy day. The food was delicious and portions far too generous. Thank you White Oaks and Julia, I will certainly be back.
