We had a wonderful time here . We booked 2 suites . Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 grandkids . Very clean , breakfast was great, we had the pool to ourselves . Front desk staff explained all about the hotel when we checked in . They gave us an extra half hour extra on checkout for the kids to get an extra swim in also . We will definitely be booking here again . Great location for the outlet mall and walking distance to Tim Hortons . Thank you for a wonderful weekend

This was our second visit to this great hotel, conveniently located off the major highway, QEW. The hotel is pet friendly. Our suite was spacious, with all of the amenities one might need. They even had plenty of hangers for us. Breakfast catered to all tastes, with lots of fruit, hot items, cereals, juices, coffee, and teas. Monday through Wednesdays, they have evening appetizers for the guests. The gym was well equipped and the indoor pool looked fine. They also had a b.b.q. and a putting green available for guests. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive through the countryside, with wineries to check out, on your way to the quaint downtown. There are several restaurants, shops and theatres on the main road. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel!

Wonderful! We had a suite with bedroom/bathroom and living room and kitchen area. Great room for a week-long stay. Breakfast was amazing. Very nice area, in the middle of many Ontario and Niagara Falls attractions, but very quiet to come back to for a restful evening. We would certainly book again and highly recommend!

This is a newer property, at least looked like one. We drove from NYC to here for our first day prior to visiting Niagara Falls on the Canadian side.
We were blown away that our Suite looked like a brand new condo, thoroughly clean from the floors to the beds to the bathrooms. From the cleaning to the ample laundry machines we used, our evening of check in was fantastic to start. The desk was very helpful to exchange about $10 worth of USD to Canadian quarters and dollars for the laundry machines. The laundry machines were new and did a great job.
The next morning, the breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options. Loved it. We stayed here for just 1 night, wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time. :)

This is a newer hotel. But I made the mistake of booking my woman’s group & bring responsible for the payment as it appears this hotel isn’t familiar with group billing procedures. It was very stressful because of the group billing issue. But overall my group enjoyed themselves & we enjoyed our stay!
