Its our first time visit Niagara Falls and our stay in this branch blow us away. From the moment we entered the ambience in very welcoming and front desk are friendly, they acknowledged my membership and let us check-in early. Room is clean and with fresh smell, my wife was highly impressed. Even we have our kids and some of the room got kids rooms are acoustically sound. Even its a little bit drive from the fall it worthwhile to stay if you after a quite place to stay. Definitely be back in this branch highly recommend to families and friends.

Nice, relatively new, Holiday Inn Express. Friendly staff throughout the property. Our reservation was as expected and we were allowed to check-in about an hour early. Location is fine but about 20 from most anything. Breakfast was OK, but certainly nothing to rave about. What you would expect at Holiday Inn Express. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely book this property again.

We stayed for a couple of nights while on a road trip and were very impressed.
The hotel has a new feel to it, and it was immaculate throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel has a huge car park and plenty of access points for baggage.
The room was of a great size, had plenty of storage, and like the rest of the hotel was immaculate. The wi-fi was free and pretty fast.
Breakfast was standard HIX fare, but wasn't overly busy and was well stocked throughout.
This hotel is a great base for visiting Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. The Outlet Collection at Niagara (shopping Mall) is just across the road and has great shopping and food outlets.
Excellent hotel and would definitely use again!
