All of detail in the room has been correct, with on time service, the housekeeper Pasang & fred have given good service for cleaning. The service to hot water has been functioning properly, the air conditioner has good temperature setting , in august month the warmer days require proper temperature ; I recommend this hotel to any visit to abu dhabi

It's exactly what you'd expect from a chain hotel. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean. Biggest issue they need to solve is breakfast. I ignored past reviews about the breakfast being horrible because they replied it was a long weekend. Don't let that fool you, the problem isn't necessarily the food, moreso the location and organization. Ultimately, breakfast in a holiday inn isn't a draw, it's a convenience... but frustrating when that experience starts your day stressful.

Without making any assumptions, we would hope to better understand how the location and organization of our breakfast detracted from your stay, and to perhaps hear your suggestions on improvement. We have recognized the challenges that exist in offering a complimentary breakfast in a busy hotel, and the added challenges that arise when most guest plan to enjoy that complimentary breakfast in the last 30-40 minutes of our service period. We have extended breakfast hours on occasion and put notices in our elevators alerting guests to the most efficient and less efficient times to obtain their breakfast. Furthermore, we have allocated a meeting room (adjacent to our breakfast area) as overflow breakfast seating. We truly want to ensure that all aspects of a guests' stay are enjoyable and will continue to consider additional ways that this can continously be achieved. We hope to welcome you back, and to hopefully provide a smoother breakfast experience in the process.
We stayed here for 1 night in June 2024 as part of a 3 week holiday. From the onset the staff were so helpful at check in and give us lots of helpful tips when visiting the lakes.
The hotel has laundry services and you can buy the products required, which was so handy given the duration of our stay.
Can't recommend the hotel enough!

We enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking was free and breakfast (which is free) was great! Breakfast included toast, bagels, fruit, pancakes, juice, coffee, etc. The hotel is about 10 minutes from all the Niagara Falls attractions.

I LOVE my room!!! Check-in was super easy. My room is clean but I think this location is brand new, too. This location is great for visiting the falls; away from the hustle tourism. It is close enough to NOTL, as well. I had dinner every night in NOTL.
