Thank you for your stay Tiffany, and for sharing both your excellent and constructive comments regarding your experience. Without making any assumptions, we would hope to better understand how the location and organization of our breakfast detracted from your stay, and to perhaps hear your suggestions on improvement. We have recognized the challenges that exist in offering a complimentary breakfast in a busy hotel, and the added challenges that arise when most guest plan to enjoy that complimentary breakfast in the last 30-40 minutes of our service period. We have extended breakfast hours on occasion and put notices in our elevators alerting guests to the most efficient and less efficient times to obtain their breakfast. Furthermore, we have allocated a meeting room (adjacent to our breakfast area) as overflow breakfast seating. We truly want to ensure that all aspects of a guests' stay are enjoyable and will continue to consider additional ways that this can continously be achieved. We hope to welcome you back, and to hopefully provide a smoother breakfast experience in the process.
