We stayed here for 1 night in June 2024 as part of a 3 week holiday. From the onset the staff were so helpful at check in and give us lots of helpful tips when visiting the lakes.
The hotel has laundry services and you can buy the products required, which was so handy given the duration of our stay.
Can't recommend the hotel enough!

We enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking was free and breakfast (which is free) was great! Breakfast included toast, bagels, fruit, pancakes, juice, coffee, etc. The hotel is about 10 minutes from all the Niagara Falls attractions.

I LOVE my room!!! Check-in was super easy. My room is clean but I think this location is brand new, too. This location is great for visiting the falls; away from the hustle tourism. It is close enough to NOTL, as well. I had dinner every night in NOTL.

Terrible! 100 people in line to get breakfast and no place to sit for breakfast. We paid for hotel with breakfast and left without having it. The room was small. First time such bad experience. Will never go there again. Stay away from this hotel.
Please accept our apologies for the lengthy line up at breakfast. As this was a holiday long weekend, it was an extra busier weekend than usual. We do serve our breakfast for 3 hours and we have notices up letting guests know about the slower and busier times for breakfast so they can know when to expect delays. We understand that not everyone can come earlier so a lot of guests come during that last hour and because of that we actually did keep breakfast open for an extra half hour in hopes to allow guests to enjoy breakfast.

If I could I would go infinite NEGATIVE stars! The breakfast area was so small that the line was 1 hour long and no place to sit and eat. I had to leave because it was just impossible and the staff did nothing. The rooms are also very small. Overall this hotel is horrible.
