A group of 11 visited Niagara Falls, Ontario during Easter weekend. We chose this property for its convenient location, included breakfast, and reasonable rates. Parking was $20 CAD plus tax per night. Parking is advertised for $5 across the street but that’s not the rate for overnight stays, so I suggest paying for hotel parking.
We arrived before check in, but the kind representatives checked us in (Samantha and her counterpart was awesome) and allowed us to store our bags inside the hotel lobby. The front desk called when all four of our rooms were ready and we simply had to pick up our key and luggage.
We easily walked to Clift Hills in about 10 minutes and the falls (15-20 minutes) each day. We also visited the Casino across the street. Great area for families!
The rooms (limited wall outlets, dim lighting) and furniture were dated but clean. Our refrigerator did not work (and we didn’t alert the front desk because my parents were next door so we used theirs), but it seems like housekeeping would notice while cleaning. Also, my friend’s king room had a microwave, but the queen rooms didn’t.
Breakfast was your standard continental fare and the sitting area was spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool and freshly baked cookies that were available each day. Overall, a good stay!
