Good location. Close enough to the falls to walk to a viewing area, but much less expensive than the huge hotels who offer falls-view rooms. Friendly staff, large room. We opted for the in-room jacuzzi which was large. The separate WC had a toilet and shower. The breakfast was good; not a huge amount of choices, but plenty to eat.

Plain Jane hotel. Needs updating very expensive for what you get. I would not use the shower and the place is overall lacking. They don't tell you until you check in about all the additional taxes and paid overnight parking. The price went up about $100.00 at check in. Would not stay here again. To close to the main area with too many people for me on a Friday night.

Food quality is not good.
Spoons and plates are not hygienic, not cleaned properly.
No changes in meal same meals they are giving regularly in breakfast.
Service is poor you have to call multiple time to get a service.
Not feels like 4star hotel.
No swimming pool, no gym and no space for walking in hotel area.
Not valuable as per this much per night charges.

We have an indoor heated pool which opens daily, a gym which guests have access to anytime during their stay, and we have large outdoor/lobby areas.

The room is alright and the front desk staff are good.
The breakfast is not very good. I use the radisson in Paris and the breakfast is excellent-not here!
My expectations were higher.
Also the hot tub in the room is strange.
