Plain Jane hotel. Needs updating very expensive for what you get. I would not use the shower and the place is overall lacking. They don't tell you until you check in about all the additional taxes and paid overnight parking. The price went up about $100.00 at check in. Would not stay here again. To close to the main area with too many people for me on a Friday night.

Food quality is not good.
Spoons and plates are not hygienic, not cleaned properly.
No changes in meal same meals they are giving regularly in breakfast.
Service is poor you have to call multiple time to get a service.
Not feels like 4star hotel.
No swimming pool, no gym and no space for walking in hotel area.
Not valuable as per this much per night charges.

We have an indoor heated pool which opens daily, a gym which guests have access to anytime during their stay, and we have large outdoor/lobby areas.

The room is alright and the front desk staff are good.
The breakfast is not very good. I use the radisson in Paris and the breakfast is excellent-not here!
My expectations were higher.
Also the hot tub in the room is strange.

This hotel was very good for the price relative to other hotels in the area. It was clean and staff was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance to all the area attractions. I was leery due to some of the negative reviews we had read but overall our stay was pleasant and we did not notice many of the issues others have mentioned. Breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast and they offered a large variety of food options, rooms were clean, and elevators were fine. The only big negatives I’d say is there is some very run down and shady housing close to the hotel and the pool’s chlorine levels were extremely high, and the pool area had strong unpleasant odor in addition to the chlorine smell. Overall I’d recommend this hotel if you don’t want to pay $500+ a night at the hotels closer to the falls.
