This hotel was very good for the price relative to other hotels in the area. It was clean and staff was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance to all the area attractions. I was leery due to some of the negative reviews we had read but overall our stay was pleasant and we did not notice many of the issues others have mentioned. Breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast and they offered a large variety of food options, rooms were clean, and elevators were fine. The only big negatives I’d say is there is some very run down and shady housing close to the hotel and the pool’s chlorine levels were extremely high, and the pool area had strong unpleasant odor in addition to the chlorine smell. Overall I’d recommend this hotel if you don’t want to pay $500+ a night at the hotels closer to the falls.

The hotel is in very good walking area to Clifton Park area. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had make your own waffles, and other items. The parking was $15,00 per night. We had the king room with the whirlpool on the fourth floor. No fancy view here. Kept the car in the lot the whole time and walked to most sites.

Easy, friendly check-in. Arrived early for a wine tour but rooms were ready! Great location, slightly away from busy Clifton Hill but close enough to walk to everything! Large, clean room. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was okay - always nice to have it included.
