Girls trip was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, clean and luxurious. David at the front desk was super kind and helpful. Mia at the bar/restaurant was the perfect bartender and never had a better member of hospitality. We had massages and body wraps/facials. The entire staff at the spa was professional and attentive.
All around great experience, would recommend and def would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here, the hotel was clean and staff super friendly. Our bedroom was quite modern and we loved the shower. The hotel was ideally located as only took us around 5 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this hotel. We cannot wait to stay here again later this year.

Great hotel! If you are looking for a view of the falls this is not it, but it’s a wonderful hotel, walking distance from all of the evening excitement and the falls. Greg welcomed us and was helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a spa which was nice. Housekeeping were so accommodating especially about my down pillow allergy. They came to the room and not only took the pillows but changed the cases on remaining pillows. Our room was huge! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There is an HVAC and thermostat is not a noisy unit under the window to keep you up all night. The room is nicely decorated and modern. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was just enough for us with tasty coffee! Overnight parking was reasonable. Checkout was easy and greeted by friendly, smiling staff!
Walking to the attractions and to the overlook of the falls was easy. We were glad to be just far enough away from the hustle and noise of the hotels that overlook the falls (I think that’s Clifton). I highly recommend this place if you want something like this. If we can make the long journey again to Niagara, Canada we will stay here! The value/cost was perfect.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by an informed and pleasant young lady at the front desk. Later, we also met Ms. Debra K., the lady in charge of prioritizing outstanding customer service.
The room is very spacious and elegantly designed. The firm mattress and plush linens are excellent additions. The location is within a 5-minute walk of all the attractions. Additionally, the delicious breakfast, brewed in-room coffee, and parking for $14 per day add to the convenience. We will rent again and highly recommend this place.

Was a little worried from the look from the outside if I’m being honest.. looked like a giant milk bottle.. the front desk were amazing and when we got into the room we were very happy.. very spacious and really nice.. close to everything! Has a nice rain shower and a balcony. The breakfast in the morning was also very nice.. I would totally recommend and would stay here again!
